Official IPC training centre
As of 1 October 2015, Realtime Technologies became an official IPC training centre in Central Europe. It is the first company to bring a comprehensive portfolio of training for Czech and Slovak companies.
Member of ESD Association
Provision of audits for EPA premises according to IEC 61340 and according to corporate documents in the field of ESD, e.g. VW, BMW etc. Preparation and development of internal ESD documentation, risk analysis. Consulting and training for ESD coordinators and operators.

Our company Realtime Technologies s.r.o. was founded at the end of 2003, and it started its activities in March 2004. It is a subsidiary of Realtime Technologies Ltd., a company seated in Dublin, Ireland, and a renowned supplier of production services for the electronic industry. During our work, we draw from experience and skills acquired and developed by the parent company, so that gradually in our local conditions we can construct a detailed base for production services. Our ambition is to be a useful and reliable partner for any of the players on the electronics and electro-technical production market. In 2016, based on 10 years of training in IPC standards we became an official IPC centre for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We are the only company with the ability to train in 5 standards at the level of both trainers and specialists.
Offer of courses
Criteria of acceptability of electronic assemblies. The standard combines visual criteria for checking of ready sets of electronics. It contains criteria for cables, soldered joints, damage to components, etc.

Reworking, repair and modification of electronic assemblies. Practical training in procedures for repairing the DPS, based on visual criteria standard IPC-A-610. The training includes both THT and SMT assembly. Further training content consists of CC and repair of supporting material in circuit boards

Acceptability of cables and wiring harnesses. The standard provides visual criteria for acceptance of cables and wiring harnesses. It sets the criteria for crimped, soldered and ultrasonically welded joints, criteria for the development of wiring harnesses, protective sheaths, connectors and the requirements for coaxial cables.

Acceptability of unmounted circuit boards. It focuses on the visual inspection of unmounted circuit boards It describes the surface and sub-surface acceptance criteria. It also covers boards on metal foundations.

IPC announces the release of IPC-2591, Connected Factory Exchange (CFX).The electronics industry now has an industry standard available to all companies in the industry, regardless of size or location which can be used to quickly and easily implement “Industry 4.0” and “smart factory” applications to their manufacturing operations.
IPC Challenge Testing - price EUR 999 + IPC fees
IPC permits a method of certification called challenge testing for certification CIS and recertification CIS and CIT. In this case the student omits lecture and review questions involved with a training cours and only performs the graded protions of the standard they are certifying to.
IPC-4101 Now Includes Validation Services Qualified Products List Requirements for Materials Specification Sheets
The intent of the new requirement is to enhance supply chain verification of materials specification sheets, minimize nonverified submissions of specification sheets and give support to the committee evaluations of the new materials specification sheets.
